I studied housing as part of the requirements for my Honours degree from the University of Guelph. I furthered my education by qualifying as one of the few Ontario builders certified to build to R-2000 standards. The “best value” concept of that program determines the standards in all of my new homes.

Whether you choose a custom townhome, a cozy bungalow, or a spacious executive home, your new home will be built to the same exacting standards as every WrightHaven Home.

Barbara Wright, C.I.M., C.S.P.

Steven’s sister, Barb, was one of the first trained in-house sales professionals to join the WrightHaven team. She is a friendly, customer-service oriented sales professional who brings more than 10 years of experience to helping new home buyers through the process of selecting a plan and location that is just right for each situation.

Barb will guide you in exploring the options and features you may wish to include, attaching a price tag to each one so that you can make informed decisions.

Barb is available at our Model Home in Elora on Saturday and Sunday, and other times by appointment.

Rachel Block, Sales

Rachel is Wrighthaven's newest arrival to the sales team. She brings her charm, charisma and wealth of experience in new home sales. She is keenly ready to support you in your decision making process and realization of dreams in your new WrightHaven home.

Kali Kingscote, Residential Designer &
Project Coordinator

Kali is a graduate in Architectural Technology and specializes in residential design. She first joined WrightHaven Homes as a summer student looking to get into the field before starting college.

She continued her work placement semesters here throughout her college years and has earned her position as Project Coordinator for all aspects of new home construction.

Kali brings a rich mix of creativity, expertise, professionalism and enthusiasm to her role at WrightHaven Homes. She will work with you throughout the many stages of design and construction, enhancing the plans to suit your needs while insuring the structural integrity of your new home.

Lisa Daniel, Office Manager & Service Coordinator

Friendly, capable and responsible aptly describe the reception you’ll encounter whenever you call or visit WrightHaven Homes.

As Service Coordinator, Lisa coordinates service visits and is thoroughly versed in all aspects of the TARION Home Warranty Program.

Kelly Epoch, Customer Service Expert

After fifteen years of experience in the carpentry & construction/renovation field, Kelly has brought her experience to WrightHaven Homes. Professionally following through with each and every home, she ensures complete satisfaction with prompt, courteous care and attention to detail.
